Dr. Praveen Dathu, Lecturer in Zoology, Government Degree College, Tiruvuru, actively participated in the National Seminar on "Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development: Addressing the Twin Challenges of Desertification and Climate Change", held at Government Degree College, Mylavaram on 11th July 2025.
As part of the seminar, Dr. Praveen Dathu presented a scholarly paper titled "Invasive Species – A Threat to Biodiversity". The presentation highlighted the growing ecological threat posed by invasive alien species to native biodiversity, ecosystems, and sustainable development. Dr.Praveen dathu also chaired the session
